IF you were using the image button in the editor the only text you should be pasting is the url. NO other tags or text

Will try again - sandyeggo1ExplorerThis aluminum flange I believe is the problem. It is built like a "pan" to trap water. There are no weep holes to move water outside the camper. I know the joint at the screwdriver
Tip leaks. The exterior joint of the corner flange ( the bottom flange slides into the vertical ) was not water tight. This may explain why leaking occurred at front and back corners of tip out slide. Like a window sill should it be on an angle to shed water? The rubber gasket on exterior of flange was set higher allowing water to trough.
Thank you all and any help would be appreciated.

- sandyeggo1ExplorerPic here shows no water leakage under fridge. Far left wood bulk head wall never had any water. Tested fridge drain and all is working well.

- sandyeggo1ExplorerWater marks under tip out showing large amounts of water collecting over long periods of time causing all this damage. This occurs at front (forward passenger) and back ( rear above wing rot) of tip out opening.

- NRALIFRExplorerWell sandy, that looks all too familiar to me. I just spent the winter replacing the rear skirts on my 1121. You've got an even bigger job ahead, I'm afraid.
You will more than likely see this when you take the wing structure apart under the slide tracks, but you need to take a look at the fridge drain and make sure that when you finish, the tube hangs out a few inches like this.
This is a picture I took while I was working on mine, so the receptacle cover is off, and the vinyl covering on the underside of the wing has been peeled off. That white area around the fridge drain tube is a patch I had to make a few years back when I found that the lauan plywood around the tube was rotting because the fridge condensate was leaking into the wing. The problem is the plastic bug-screen cap on the end of the tube. It's not sealed to the end of the drain tube, so water leaks around it and gets into the wing structure. After patching it, I pulled the tube out a few inches where it wouldn't matter if it leaked around the cap or not.
If your drain tube does NOT look like the one in the picture, you need to fix that, or you'll be repairing the wing again.
Best of luck with your rebuild.
:):) - sandyeggo1ExplorerMoving forward to front passenger jack area.
Note angle iron is not connected to corner support metal.
Angle iron appears to be undersized and bent, I am thinking about adding additional metal in the form of box or rectangle. In Paper Clips job he used a large angle iron.
- sandyeggo1ExplorerTrying to post tip out moved and supported to inside, also continuous rot moving forward.
