Front and Rear Sway Bar Replacement Bushings

Does it help to replace the original Ford sway bar bushings with the after market ones on an 2007 32 ft. motorhome? Has anyone changed their sway bar bushings? I don't want to replace the sway bars with after market ones.

Tow/Haul Feature

As a general rule, can class C motorhomes be used to tow a small car? We're looking at a used Winnebago outlook 29b with a Ford v-10 gas engine, but we're not set on purchasing it yet. As far as passengers, it will be just two average-sized adults.
