well I gave you the repair manual it should be of some help- as I said the F11 code says possible bad pressure switch and it does say it controls overflow? you want a fix? I feel this idea is as good as it gets for now?

its also possible the control board is gone bad But I would change the pressure switch first(much cheaper)

just sent u the parts breakdown also shows part numbers etc
also as said maybe a bad control board and not advancing correctly.I have seen that before also

also could just be the programmer not advancing correctly

After clean up the washer goes thru a couple of cycles and then we get a code F11.
Code F11 says, not hot fill. ( hot water ok). Ambient temp. Is likely below freezing (it's 70 degrees here) Make sure water valves are on (they are on ) Check kinks in hose (no kinks). Tried different wash cycles and temps. Also put drain hose in a bucket and the pump works, check filter clean out, It's ok and the pump impeller is clean and turns!

how are you able to run the machine to fill with water to have tested the pump as you have so stated?

F 11 one thing I see it says Check pressure switch (just a idea)
it monitors empty- full and "Overflow"

Well the breaker was off for two days (wanting to reset the computer) it is still doing the same thing. Any more suggestions??? Before I call the factory?

If you can't fix it, call Splendide, they are very helpful.

Manual Says: Switch off the machine and unplug it, wait for approximately 1 minute and then switch it back on again.

I also found the below regarding a Hotpoint (which appears to be the same machine). That solution seems to have helped several with the F11 error code.

This is a cut and paste:

"I found part of the answer via another forum. The F-11 code is for a drain pump activation failure.

After checking that the filter and drain hoses were all unblocked, I then had a thought. The machine stopped mid-way through the spin cycle while it was vibrating, so I wondered if it was going to be a wire that had shaken loose. Being an inquisitive kind of girl who likes a challenge, I decided to have a look myself.

I managed to haul the machine out from under the worktop to access the back panel. I then undid six screws to remove an inspection panel. This came off relatively easy and gave me a very good view of the water drain pump at the front. Leading to this were two red wires. I reached in to check if these were loose and ....

"HEY PRESTO!"

When I gently pushed the white plastic connector to see if it was loose, it simply clicked back into place. My washing machine is now working perfectly!

Yee-Haaaaaaa!"
