After again reviewing the detail of your membership, your roadside assistance uses exceed the Roadside Assistance membership average six fold, with six uses in the last rolling twelve month period.........
Thank you,

Good Sam Roadside Assistance
Frank,
Your above post brings up a couple questions which cause confusion for myself and perhaps some other members. Can you clarify for us, Please?
In the Membership Brochure at this
ADDRESS I find the following information. I have highlighted the points of concern:
1) Page 17 claims to be the current rules.
2) Page 10 Trip Interruption Assistance Restrictions states thus:
"You may be eligible for Trip Interruption Assistance benefits if the vehicle you are driving is in a collision with another vehicle." 3) Page 18
Membership and Cancellation Policy 3, 4, 5
Membership; 4 Special Notice for Utah Residents Only. The only limitation on the number of uses per member years appears to be for:
1) Trip Interruption Assistance Restrictions which states it is for collusions and
2) Special Notice for Utah Residents Only: Members who reside in the State of Utah are entitled to receive any of the roadside assistance services provided in this Member Benefit Brochure up to a maximum of four (4) times per membership year.
Am I over looking these rules?
1) "the Member Benefit Brochure specifies, Good Sam Roadside Assistance does not offer “unlimited usage”, but does offer, on a per-use basis" and
2) "uses exceed the Roadside Assistance membership average six fold, with six uses in the last rolling twelve month period."
My point of confusion is thus:
1) Does the member usage of the Emergency Roadside Towing Service depend upon the yearly average of membership usage of the Emergency Roadside Towing Service and
2) Why is this information not included in the God Sam brochure? "Good Sam Roadside Assistance does not offer “unlimited usage”, but does offer, on a per-use basis" I am not seeking to be controversial but seeking to be informed, ahead of time, should I have the misfortune to need Good Sams' services.
Thanks,
Pastor Charlie
