Changing out the Duo-Therm thermostat?

best low light performance

Hi,Amorphous panels are clearly the best for low light performance--but are relatively speaking huge.Does any one know if Poly or Mono are better in low light?

Norcold refrigerator door

While traveling the fridge door will jar open slightly and alarm comes on. I can close it and all is fine until the next bump. How do you adjust the latch so it will remain closed? Only happens with the left door.
