To PV for fishing

And this is not about RV'ing..although I wish I was doing that drive. Buddy boy and I want to go to PV for 5-7 days in October..or November for fishing. I don't have a clue about accommodation down that way. If anyone one has any tips they might be willing to pass on? I am thinking an AirBnB, or Booking.com...the idea of a resort kind of leaves me cold...but perhaps I need to look?

Thanks a bunch...

For marlin, and especially sail fish, Zihuatanejo is your place!

There are some very nice boats, too.

Costa Azul

We've stayed there three times -- very pleasant. Lots to do. They take you fishing on a panga right off the beach in front of the resort.

Food is included, as are drinks (I think). I wonder whether they would offer some sort of a discount if you brought a nurse along with you . . . . .

Hey Dan...no nurse this trip. Buddy is quite focused on PV..he has rented a boat from outfit called fishing rebels..https://www.fishingrebels.com/
He says no panga...wants to rent a 'real' boat and go out after marlin. Waaaaaay off-shore. This is a bucket-list trip, for him. Doesn't even eat fish.
