Avoid Windy Nation for Solar Components

This is the first company I have seen where the customer is always wrong. Bad ordering system, no emails except your order has shipped. No courtesy, just attitude. No I am getting harassing emails. Avoid this company, there are so many good ones.

I never got a confirmation when ordering and gave up. No confirmation email was ever sent. I ordered somewhere else. Then their order shows up. No apology no offering to work at a solution. Many other people have had the same experience. Avoid at all costs.

Three year ago I bought 2 100 watt Windy Nations panels and a 30 amp charger. I had a good transaction with them and the unit works properly. By the way, I am not associated with Windy Nation in any way. I just had good service.

Could they have had a management change? I received good service from them three-four years ago. Visited their warehouse too.

Sidecar, I have a rural mailbox,
I tried to get a refund and refuse delivery, they just sent harassing emails.
Renogy seems fine. Many others are good. Windy Nation needs to go out of business. Boycott them.

Simple answer, refuse delivery, what I do. I bought Renology, good company to deal with.

There are a lot of 'bargains' out there but most of the bargains turn out to be grief.
