From the web page, it has no savings on camping fees. In New York state parks, you don't have to pay the vehicle entrance fee when camping; it's basically just part of the campground charge. If you're planning on visiting a lot of parks for day use, it may be worth the money; but if you're planning on camping, it probably isn't worthwhile to purchase.
