What happened to the RV.net Towing forum?

Hi GS Admin,

I hope this post/message goes through, trying to help the cause.  This is my first attempt to post in the new GS format, and not sure this will all work out.

In the transfer from the prior RV.net to the GS system, we seemed to have lost the Towing forum as a "Group".  A group, which I think is the new wording for the older "forum" wording.

Trying back into where the towing forum was migrated to, it appears all the posts may have been dumped into "Everything RV" and then into "RV Tips & Tricks".  See here how I came up with this. See the path this older Sticky Post shows up when I searched on this post as an example.

Here is a URL of the search on the WD sticky post https://community.goodsam.com/t5/rv-tips-tricks/weight-distribution-wd-hitch-how-it-works/m-p/2681

Here is a screen capture.

The Towing forum had a lot of useful information about how to set up your camper, truck, and hitch equipment to be optimized and be a safer setup, to name a few all in one spot.  This forum also dealt with how to size up a tow vehicle to match a specific camper, how to identify improper hitch setup, problems that occur while towing, most anything related to towing a camper, and how folks help themselves learn what to even ask about how to obtain a safe towing setup.   These towing topics are critical to members seeking help.

A request is: can you keep this towing forum in a Group of its own?  This crucial information is not a Tip or Trick; it is about real-world issues about how to tow your camper safely to your next campsite.  The towing forum has helped many over the years, travel safer going down the highway.

I hope this helps the cause as we transition over to the new GS Comminuty.

Hey @JBarca

We Hear You!

You and several other loyal members told us they needed a space to talk about tow vehicles! This morning we worked to build and publish a Tow Vehicles forum! Obviously, this is brand new so we will be working to transfer all related content over to the new page over the next couple of days including your post linked above!

Let us know your thoughts. We are excited to continue working based on your feedback.

Thanks again,
