We had a 2006 Coachmen Chaparral DS277, was a good 5th wheel, stood up to many miles with little to no problems. I will say ours was well built, solid, we did change out the marker lights to LED, put on a new roof three years ago an upgraded all the vent caps because they were brittle.
Even thought we traded it in last year we still belong to the Coachman owner association even thought we changed bands to Kz an bought new Kz Durango Good G384FLT we still think Coachmen builds a good trailer they just didn't have the floor plan we liked ...
Safe travels
