5'er roof spongy

Got up on roof this past week to do annual spring washing of roof,noticed that roof was spongy where ladder mount to roof, what should i expect if i pull roof bac? any help is appreciated

Something like this I would imagine. This is the front corner of our rig that was a little spongy.
