air conditioner conversion

My carrier unit was replaced with a xcell , Colman unit. It worked for a month then quit. I replaced the control box with a new thermostat from PPL RV parts. They Cool function works great now,but not sure how the wiring for the furnace goes. When I turn heat on I get nothing.

Any advice would be great

Put just a plain old thermostat on the wall and hook the furnace up to it. When My carrier unit when out. I put a coleman 15,000BTU unit it. And put a thermostat on the wall for just the furnace. I bought the plain jane sealing assembly with no circuit boards. Just a fan switch and thermostat in the ceiling assembly. Then I bought two relays from Granger in the return air duck and bought a house thermostat to put on the wall for just the AC. Never been more comfortable. Just like at home. Don't get hot before the AC comes on. And don't get cold before it cuts off. Nice and comfortable.
