Both new 2018 and similar price:
Montana High Country 330RL
Reflection 337RLS

Montana has 2nd AC, Coat closet and big bathroom
Reflection has Slide Awning, slide gutters (on the trailer wall, never seen this before), and heated recliners.

Floor plans are the same. We won't use the bedroom AC, as we boondock only, but good for resale down the road?

Any opinions or experience on either?

It is as I suspected a personal choice. Wife and I took a closer look today and decided on the Montana 330RL. It feels roomier, wife liked bigger bathroom, bigger window in the bedroom, wider counter either side of the stove. And also decided to do a factory order, without the 2nd A/C and put an awning on the slide.

I see you hail from the Great White North, but I’m not sure where you intend to travel with your new rig.

FYI, 5ers are like houses, where heat rises to the second floor. Your bedroom with that floor plan is essentially on the second floor. If you intend to travel to warm climates, I’d highly recommend the second AC unit.

Congrats either way!

Edit: just read your first post about boondocking, guess that explains it.

You will like it!! The heat pump....12 gallon water heater.....tank heaters...Moryde Suspension.....3.0 auto leveling and the double sinks in the bathroom.

We also were looking at both of the 5vrs you listed. For us it came down to the 2nd awning. We spend more time outside than inside, plus my wife is in love with the finishes in the kitchen. We ordered the Reflection 337RLS. We are scheduled to pick it up March 23. Can't wait! Good luck with your search.

We just bought a 330RL 5 weeks ago. We are very happy with it.

If you are going to use the hide-a-bed, I’d be sure to open them up and compare the size.
We have been searching for a 5er as well. I have noticed that Grand Design seems good about standing behind their product.

If two trailers were the same with the exception of the bathroom counter space, I'd pick the bigger bathroom counter space. That said, if you boondock a lot, do you spend a lot of your day in camp sitting in a lounge chair where awning shade would then become a premium?

We used a friends trailer for a weekend, has slide awnings, i am a very light sleeper, wind storm, i was not a "happy camper". Big bathroom, and clothes closet so i don't have to look at coats, can you guess which one would get my vote.
Happy chosing and good luck
