I have a couple hydraulic lines that are leaking . Replaced one a couple years ago on my fifth wheel that was leaking. At this point I am going to replace them all, its hard to get to them, and don't want to go thru it again if I can help it.
The leaks are in the hose itself, not in any of the fittings. They are not very heavy duty hose, nothing like the one I had made up.
I am going to pull all the lines, take to a hydraulic hose shop that makes hoses to any length needed.
My question is , can I just put them back on , top off the reservoir , and run the slide outs in ,and out to purge the air in the lines. Its a lippert system. I didn't seem to have any problems when I replaced just the one line ,or do I have to do something to get the air out ?
