Looking to jump back in RVing

Getting ready to retire and the wife has been dropping hints about getting back into RVing. We used have a Cougar 304BHS and loved it. I'm not sure if I want to do a TT or Fiver. Looked around a little bit and OMG they are as proud for their RV's and the vehicle manufactures are. Any manufactures we should stay away from? Like Keystone products but I'm not married to them. BTW my former call sign was Perrysburg Dodgeboy.

Well one is asking about travel trailers and the other is asking about fifthwheels so different posts. But thanks for the reply.

Ah I see. On the main page where you see recent activity it's hard to tell, it just looks like the same post one after the other.

That said, we had a FW 2 years ago. It was a Cedar creek (a division of Forest River) and were very happy with it. We've had several RVs from different brands and I am pretty happy with the Fit and finish of Forest River products. Our Cedar creek had actual paint rather than gel coat and pretty good quality overall with very minimal issues. What we did have FR took care of with ease and pretty quickly. We ended up buying a Diesel class C and again went with Forest River. Just had a solar issue come up and despite being out of warranty Forest River covered it in good will. That kind of customer service is hard to find and for us one of the most critical parts when shopping. Good luck in your search.
