Spend a little more money and get the ez up brand with water repellent / waterproof fabric. The ones you have listed are barely good enough for shade and as soon as a raindrop hits them it turns into a bunch of tiny drops under the canopy (not good). The ozark trail screens and wind sides are fine and will fit the ez up frame work, but you want to protect from rain. We camp with a large group and have had several brands together at campsites and the ez up will out last the ozark enough to justify the additional cost.
Just another nugget of advice buy 4 twist in dog stakes and use them every time you set it up to tether it to the ground as the first time you don't you will wish you had. We have had the same ez up 10x10 for 8 years now and just this spring we are considering replacing it for a larger one.
