You might want to take a look at my recent post
here. I had previously coated my entire roof with
Liquid Roof from Proguard Coatings. It evidently had a chemical reaction to my brand of rubber roof after several years and looked very bad although it was still weather proof.
I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me enough of a
new formula material and
primer to re-do my entire roof. The thread link above is what my sons and I did last week. You might want to also glance at the posts previous to it to see what transpired before. It came out great as you can see from the pictures.
