I'd like to give a huge THANK YOU to Brad, the Moderator over the Truck Campers forum for his assistance with this thread.

Thanks also to RVcrazed51 for his request for this thread.

Post photos of your Fifth Wheel on this thread. Any photo with a 5er in it is allowable; any brand, any year.

This thread is generally for Fifth Wheel photos only. But feel free to post comments on posted photos.

Because this thread is very long, I will occasionally clean it up by removing the older posts that do not have Fifth Wheel photos and other off topic material. Also, please limit photo width to 640 pixels by using: width=640. Please do not post thumbnail size photos, they are just too small to see.

Register at photobucket.com (free), download your pictures (takes a while), hi-lite and copy the URL, then use the "image" icon to paste the photo URL.

Hi everybody, I'm looking to buy a fifth wheel, hopefully by the end of the year. And I was just wondering if some of you would care to post some pics of your fiver.

Nice setup Joe and your very much welcome on the picture posting help.

You get a lot better fuel milage than I do. If I drive it like an old grandpa, I can get in the low 12s, but since I don't I get between 10.8 & 11.3. Really sucks too because my '03 cummins, I averaged 15.6 on our Yellowstone trip and that was running it hard through the mountains.

Very disappointed with the new one as far as fuel efficiency.

Thanks, zigzag. I'm going to try this again since I really want to show it off. Okay -- this is Ginny Mae: 1993 GMC Topkick with a Cat 3116. We bought her as a cab and chassis, found the sleeper to put on for our two little boys at the time. In her former life she was a big ol' dually to pull our 38' Coachmen. In May of this year we found our new hotel-on-wheels: 2006 Travel Supreme Classic 34'. Ginny's transformation is still a work in progress, but she'll get there, and at 18-21 towing mpg, she's worth the wait. ๐Ÿ™‚

Post your question about posting pictures on Forum Technical Support and they will walk you through the process. But the basic answer above is correct.

Very easy.....upload your pics to something like photobucket.

Once you cropped, compressed, resize the pic the way you want it, just right click the pic and then click "Copy Image Location". then click on the little box (yellow one that looks like it has a mountain on it) then when that box pops up, paste the image location in the URL box (Enter the complete URL for the image) then click finished

hope this helps!

This is our setup...
2007 32' Wildcat by Forest River. We bought her in April of 2006 and even though we did a lot of camping the first year, it stayed in and out of the shop. Since we bought her, he have traveled through 27 states. 24 of the them was on one vacation from Florida to Yellowstone and back.

Feel free to check out "Our Camper's Journey" on Our Family Website to see a lot of the places that we have been.

We started off pulling her with a 2003 Dodge Ram 2500. This was taken at Grand Teton NP in Wyoming (July, 2007)

Now we pull her with a 2010 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually. This was taken at General Coffee SP in Douglas Georgia (February 2011)

NEFLCC's Rally at Stephen Fosters SP in White Springs, FL (May 2011)

This was taken last week coming home from a family reunion in Citra, Florida. (July 2011)

Only the curb side slide, sofa and dinette, is slanted on this model. Other models have both slides slanted. If you were talking about the ceiling otherwise no it is just the camera angle.

Hal,
Does that wall near the chair at the computer table angle like that or what? It looks like it is slanted near the chair.
