Okay.....I think I'm moving closer to your side of things on the "owning a house" topic. Since we are planning to sell the house next year I've been doing repairs. Just completed scraping, repairing and priming the trim on the widows. NOW I've got to go out and put a coat of paint on everything. I'm starting to move towards the dark side......
