We are looking at a 2005 Fleetwood Fiesta 26X. It has the workhorse chassis. Does anyone have any experience with this unit?

The coach is clean and no signs of water damage or any previous repairs. Very low hours and mileage. The price is enticing but we are not sure about the age of the unit.

Go online and google Workhorse Brake recall and determine if the calipers have been replaced. No time limit on that recall. Worst thing I found on our previous coach on the Workhorse chassis was noise from the engine clutch fan. LOUD when engaged. The Fleetwoods I've seen all had no doghouse insulation. I used Summit Racing's version of Dynamat and it made a huge difference along with a new foam rubber doghouse gasket. The Allison transmissions are tough as nails...be sure to change the fluid! They shift different from most other trannys. It's normal that they downshift as you slow down.
