Ok, so now that I am really confused help me out. I have been using a brake buddy for years. I recently purchased a 2019 Newmar and have a new tow car. The tow car is a 2015 Escape. I have the new roadmaster tow bar set up on the old Edge and will be moving it to the Escape. Many have been talking about the air force one so I started looking at them online. Now I see just as many if not more commenting on the roadmaster invisibrake system. It seems that just as many like the roadmaster as the air force one. One thing I do want is to have the ability to charge the battery while towing. Had a problem without having that before. How about some help??

Look into the RVI3 towed brake system.

I've had the Air Force One on my 2003 Safari towing a 2000 Nissan XTerra. Works beautifully. Have towed it 50,000 miles not one problem. Very reliable and it works off of the coach batteries in my set up. Great product !!

I have had the Invisabrake unit on two cars and two RVs. We now tow a 2014 CRV and have had no issues with about 15K on it. I love itโ€™s ease of use. After installation, itโ€™s just plug it in and go. I do have a charge line to keep the battery up. I also carry a jump charger that serves as a bike pump, among other uses if needed. (Often for friends who have dead batteries. (Haha)

The Invisibrake is supposed to send a small charge to the toad battery but I found I needed to add a 12v line from my motorhome to the car battery to keep it fully charged. It also has an led light mounted on the rv dash that comes on so you know when the car brakes are physically activated.
