sorry about misleading you but am referring to the diagnostic

teddodd,
No biggie. You weren't "misleading", just not quite detailed enough. That port, is what's known primarily as the J-1939 Diagnostic port. Now, as stated in my previous post, you will need the 9 pin adapter and, you'll also need the program to read any and all info you'll be receiving from that connection. Do you have all that?

And, also like stated, there's an identical one, to the left of the steering column and down low, by or on, the fire wall/kick panel. I moved mine. Since it had enough wire loom to move it around some, I re-mounted it, to the right of the steering column and, just under the dash so I have much more ease of access to it, if and when needed.

I don't have the adapter since, the last time I looked it up, it hovered around $230.00 if I recall. I don't plan on doing anything with the information I'd get off of it anyway. I get a pretty fair amount from the Medallion Information Center, on the dash.

teddodd,
Just wondering, what EXACTLY do you mean by computer connection? Are you talking about the Diagnostic Port, at the rear of the coach, just above the radiator? If so, there's one just like it, under the dash, most likely on the kick panel, under some wires and loom. Many have had a hard time finding the front one but, most did, after a bit of cussing.

And, if that's the one you're talking about, or even the rear one, I'm then assuming you have the 9-pin adapter connector.

Now, if those diagnostic ports are not what you're looking for and, in instead you're looking for a simple 12VDC power outlet, then there's some up front, or should be. I had to install one next to the bed in the rear to charge the wifes phone, her computer and, the camera.

My 2003 was on The wall under the inst. cluster /steering wheel mounted in a flat metal panel on what would be the "firewall "in a car about 12" off the floor .. it was hidden behind a bunch of wires. My rear connector was shorted out and took a tech a couple billable hours to find the short. $$$$

Should be under L side of dash or, may be located behind the r hand dash panel down low and you have to remove some screws to get to it. If you have a front mount generator, look up around it for wiring harnesses
