Given the time of year, is it haunted? I have an 00 0051 200 intellitec that is mounted over my refrigerator as part of the fuse panel.
I have spent the summer in S Texas hooked up to shore power. I just noticed that it is making a low, Geiger counter sound periodically. This morning, I thought it was my one cup coffee pot, which makes a VERY similar sound at the end of its cycle when brewing. Haven't used the AC for the last 3 days or so, and have not noticed any other electrical problems in that period.
The test switch DOES cycle the ACs on when I flip it either way. I pulled the furnace plugin back in June, because the furnace fan was cycling on when I slid the thermostat slide up to turn the AC off.
Electrically speaking, I'ma idiot, but I do have a multimeter. Am I looking at replacing this thing? Where do I start in trying to diagnose a problem here? Thanks in advance for any advise..
