HI to all our friends from Denny and my wee blonde Ida, WE just got back to Iowa after our first big trip to Florida. IT was great to see the kids and our two grandkids. We had our concerns on this big trip but all went well. Our 2004 Granite Ridge ran like a dream and we saw a lot of our beautiful southern states. Going down we stayed at a Loves and flying J truck stops,camped out on our sons back yard forest and stayed in parking lots at Cracker barrel restaurants going home.I'm still missing getting up in the morning and not seeing two dogs, a cat , a hen and rooster at our door. AS you can imagine my wee blonde loved the early alarm clock from the rooster. The only problem we had was my miscalculation of our water usage and gray water tank capacity.Its a good thing the shower can act as a overflow safety warning. A lot of you gave me suggestions on going through Atlanta Ga. We thank you for that.I decided to go right through on 75 and was a breeze, even with towing a boat and 4:30 in the afternoon.
