furnace runs but little air from vents

My newish furnace runs and I can feel the floors warm up as the duct work is warm. It runs down the center of the coach. I warm in the bedroom and bathroom as they are closest to the furnace which is in the rear but when you put your hand over the vents you feel very little warm air. Not enough to blow out a match. My vents in front don't have the ability to open and close and I look down at a pan about 2 inches below the vent. I provide this info because it is almost like they are closed. We do warm over time from the radiant heat of the warm floors but it seems on a forced air I should get some air and quicker heat. Any thoughts?

A good way to check is to hold a length of tissue near the vent, then have someone else block one of the near vents or more. You should see noticeable deflection with some vents blocked. If you play with the blocking you might be able to produce a better more even flow.
