My rear blinker light is out - I replaced the bulb and still not working. Can anyone tell me where and how to get to the fuse to check it. I did see a note for an 03 that said to lift the dash pod is that the entire dash cover?

On our 06 the complete instrument panel does lift. Fuse box under the hood also.
