I have a Thor majestic 23a rv with a loose hubcap. Itโ€™s only the middle cylinder part, I think the little pieces that held it in place broke off. Any suggestions on how to fix that, or do I need a new one. It rattles while driving

I zip ties all of the hub caps on my navion. Stainless steel zip ties!

Take the hubcap off the RV and see how the middle part is attached to the rest of the hubcap. Perhaps you can fix it or if not, you'll need a new one.

Some people use cable/zip ties.
