HWH Hyd. Slide Out Rails

We have a 2013 Phaeton with HWH Hyd. Slides. The problem we are having is the slide out rails are close to the body of the RV. I am in the process of changing the slide out pads but they are not that worn. Wanting to know how to bring the arms up to get them away from the body?

Do they touch or scrape? That is a common sight on your model Slide room on Tiffins. I would not worry about it unless it starts to scrape. Doug
