Loft Bed Doesn’t move

I’m posting for a friend who has a 2018 Georgetown 31R with the Euro Loft bed above the cab. It worked yesterday but today, it won’t move. She turns the key on, pushes the button and the green light flickers but no movement. Is there a safety feature that may be preventing it from moving? Any ideas?

After you check the simple things as suggested and it still does not move, I would check to see if 12v is getting to the motor.

I did some further searching and found that it has an online fuse located in the battery compartment. So, she is checking it out.
