Ours are 40" and REALLY expensive :W
That front end over hang is really long. Must be a learning curve in tight parks.

30' ish, lowish:

Not especially low in the front though.

The Neoplan is the only one I know like that, but nowhere near 30'.

This is the closest I could fine. This is a 2006 Neoplan Starliner. It does look longer than 30' but maybe they have shorter versions.

This would make a cool RV.

Not doubting that there is one out there but it seems that would defeat some of the reasons for having a Class A.......better visibility in traffic and for scenery and to sit above most other vehicles in the event of a collision.
Down low and head of the front axle, seems to make the driver very vulnerable.
