We picked up a 2008 Allegro Bay 38 TGB after almost a year looking last weekend. I wanted to be in a little smaller coach due to the slop of my driveway and fear of dragging the rear. After camping 1 night on our way home we found a few minor problems, but nothing I can't fix, however my fear was met and I had to back in using boards under the rear wheels to get it parked.
I ordered Air Lift springs for the rear and installed this past weekend, which got me the extra clearance. My experience was extremely positive, they shipped to me in 3 days after ordering, installation was difficult, only because I did not remove the rear tires, so had to make templates of the upper brackets to drill the frame mounts, however had I pulled the wheels it would have been a simple job.
Our first big trip is this coming weekend to Hershey for a couple days and then south to the Shenandoah's for 5 days.

The AirLifts work great when driving in windy conditions also. Just inflate then up to about 80 PSi and they will eliminate most sway of your coach from the winds. I have them in the front and rear of my coach and use a dash mounted control to inflate or deflate them.
