PPL

Is this a good place to buy a used diesel pusher? Can you trust their rating grades? Are the prices negotiable? Who do you negotiate with, PPL as the the broker or directly with owner?

IMO, no (unless maybe it's their top rating.)

I would not waste a good amount of time and money to get there based on their ratings. I would spend that effort locally unless you're looking for something very specific which PPL has advertised.

Now if it's a short drive for you, then no problems spending a day checking out the rig and walking around their facility. Who knows you might see something even better.
