question for Thor Axis owners

We are the new owners of a Thor Axis, and I would love to get some feedback from the few of you here who also own the motor homes.

How do you make the tiny shower work? There is so little room that I don't think a wall dispenser will work, and there is no built-in soap/shampoo holder. The one there is useless: small and slanted...nothing will sit on it! Also, has anyone tried one of the retractable shower curtain rods that attempt to enlarge the space?

How do you clean the carpet in the cab? When we picked up our coach and brought it home, I decided to mop. The floor was just filthy and had not been cleaned at all. Neither the flooring nor the carpet was covered during the months the coach was shown on the lot, and the carpet looks dirty. We had asked them to clean it before we picked it up, and that was not done.

Also, any ideas for hanging a small hand towel at the bathroom sink?

We are excited to have actual beds and like most everything, so far. Except that awful shower!

Thanks so much!

We have taken our Axis on three trips so far, 28 days total. We love it.
The shower is not ideal. We use it for quick freshening up rather than a good old fashioned shower. We use a soap dispenser on the bathroom sink placing it at the back of the counter. From there it can be accessed. Fiorst we use the shower to soak, turn off the shower at the shower head, soap up and shampoo hair. Then turn the shower back on and rinse off. On the plus side we use little water when dry camping!! WE plan to change the shower curtain to something a little heavier in hopes it will help stop the curtain from clinging to our body.
Witht he carpet we cleaned the few stains that were there at delivery we did not notice and then use smaller mats as an overlay for the driver, passenger and a bigger one that we use under the table. We figured with that beige colour they would get soiled pretty quickly.
