Quick Question on Dico sealant

Hello I was checking the dicor sealant on my roof. I noticed that there is some type of plastic shell over the dicor. The plastic shell is coming up. When I removed the the plastic shell the dicor under the shell is white and soft and looks to be in good shape.

My question is do i remove the plastic shell and more dicor to the area that need it. and is this plastic shell part of the dicor.

Looks to me that that prior owner put silicone over the prior sealant I removed removed the shell and put more dicor over it.

Plastic shell isn't related to Dicor. Can you take a pic and post it? I don't know what it could be.

Dicor gets a hard outer surface as it cures. If I find a crack in that outer surface. I clean the area and put a fresh layer of Dicor over the crack.
