restoring 1987 holaday Rambler

I have purchased a 1987 Motor home and am fixing it up as money is available. I have replaced the passenger side brake line and caliper and now have three wheels that lock up when you stomp on the breaks. This is much better then the one or two that were working on the harrowing drive home after the purchase.
The air pumps are being removed at this time as the driver side one is locked up. The passenger side one seems to be working, but there is a hole in the part mounted on the header that is causing a little ticking sound. The header parts will be welded up at a later date when I can bribe my people with a appropriate reward.
I have changed the passenger side spark plugs, the old ones had a gap of around 80 to 85 thousand when I took them out. They did have a nice tan color. The driver side plugs will be replaced next, along with the cap and rotor.
The front air bags are holding pressure, and the front suspension has been greased with new grease. It has some sort of stabilizer made from mounting two large springs on the front and rear of the lower control arm.
I will be asking some ???? when I get to the parts I don't under stand.

After you take off the screen, you can see a flapper activated by a bimetal coil. on both ends of the unit.

Once I got the top off this appears, the screen has a wasp nest on the inside.

It was nice and the afternoon rain was not setting in so I started on the next project. This Vent over the microwave and oven could use some loving care.

Just to be safe. I used self leveling on the seams and mating surfaces.

This is the front with some 505 sealant installed to seal any seams.

This is towards the front, there is some sealant visible here also.

I decided to putty the seems and the tape before goin on to the vent fabrication. here is a before shot of the inside of the vent. This is the part towards the rear of the RV. before cleaning it up. There seems to be some sort of sealant used between the vent and the roof that you can see sticking out a bit.

The out side of the vent has the bolt head on it.

The inside of the cover has the nut on it.

I didn't like how the front cover was held at the bottom. I used these vex bolts to redo it to my liking.

This lets the door sit just a bit higher then this shot when its mounted.

This is the cover I purchased to install over the bathroom vent. They had it in a white, but the white is not as translutiont. I wanted more light to shine through.
