Road side assistance

I have had Coach Net for many years I have never had to use it! I have changed my insurance to The Hartford thru AARP and there roadside assistance sounds the same as Coach net and it is free! Has anyone had to use it is it as good Coach Net! I was wondering if I am just paying for Coach Net when I have the Hartford for free

We had to be towed twice last winter and good sam responded as quick as anyone could expect. the first tow we went to a local shop for repair and after 4 days they could not fix the RV. Then good sam paid again for a second tow of 130 mi. Couldn't ask for more than that!!

good question, I would stay with coach net or good scam

we have coach and have used it a few times,no problems and fast service. my car insurance will tow anything I own BUT I do the foot work. turn in the bill and get a check, which I,ve done with a boat ,and it worked too.

Ask your Hartford ERS whether they will provide you with tech support for your RV's furnace when it quits at 2AM and it's 20 degrees out. Coach-Net will, along with a pretty long list of other services that the insurance connected ERS plans don't provide. That $0.25/day or so that Coach-Net costs can go a long way when you need it. My savings using Coach-Net's services over the past few years has easily paid my renewal costs for the next 10-15 years.

AAA is not good for RV's. Their coverage is not uniform throughout the U..S. or from city to city. Their plans tend to have a variety of exceptions i.e. number of miles they will tow before you start paying mile by mile, guarantee they will tow you, your RV or trailer to not only the nearest repair facility but one that actually has the facility to repair what your specific problem is. 😞
