W24 chassis with an 8.1 engine intermittent starting problem

My mountain aire has less then 18000 miles on it by recently I am having some starting problems. When I turn the key I hear the relays click and there is a draw on the power as all the lights dim (normal when starting) but nothing happens the engine will not turn over so far after several attempts the engine fires up. I am afraid sooner or later I will be in trouble. The battery is fully charged and all the fuses are good. Any suggestions as to what I should be checking? thanks

Bad starter or solenoid. Lights should not dim. Too much draw.

Try the "battery boost" switch when you start your engine. If it helps, there is no problem with the starter and it may indicate a bad chassis battery or chassis battery connection is the problem.

Sticking starter solenoid is another possibility.

Could be a bad ground or battery terminals need to be cleaned.
