Deep Frying Chicken Tenders

Not really a camping question but I'm in search of some help. I'm looking for a large electric deep fryer that can handle a large amount of chicken tenders. I cooked 150 tenders today for a church meal and ended up really struggling with using the gas cooker that I have for cooking fish. Does anyone have experience using one of the electric turkey fryers for cooking chicken tenders? Of course, there is no way to cook 150 at one time, but would like to be able to get 15 or so tenders in a fryer at a time. I currently have a four quart fryer that I can only get about 7 tenders in at a time.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Gas turkey fryer with a steamer basket. At Christmas we cooked 10 pounds of chicken in less than 45 minutes. Got the big bag of frozen breasts at Walmart, cut them up, dipped them in batter, and dropped them into the cooker, probably 15-20 pieces at a time.

I would do it outdoors using a Turkey fryer.
