This service may be useful for any folks traveling to the USA wanting temporary cell phone service. They piggyback on the Sprint network (including the extended network, unlike Virgin USA) They allow BYOD.
Voice coverage looks good, Data well not quite so fine. Costs are a "flex" plan. If you go over the amount they bump you up to the next level--and similarly if you don't use as much as planned they will credit your next bill. That's a very nice feature.

Hi Don,
Currently with Ting we don't have any contracts so our billing is done month to month. You aren't forced to stay with us for any set amount of time you would just have to closed your monthly bill with us.
Currently TIng only provides service in the USA so in order to sign up with us you would need an American address and credit card.
