This article has some info (probably just as confusing) that might help.

As to how important is it? Probably not, if the machine/Windows seems to be working normally. If you start getting other odd errors or system crashes (aka, inexplicable BSOD) it might be worth pursuing.
I'll run a scan and see what happens and update this thread later.
