STILL needing help with order---Now resolved

I placed an order before I read of all the issues with Camping World.
Anyway like many others I am also having trouble getting my order fulfilled, although they billed my credit card very efficiently.

If whoever monitors this from Camping World can help I would appreciate it.

Someone left a phone message but I the problem hasn't been resolved


FYI for anyone interested, This order has been filled. It just shouldn't be this hard.

OK, I have a new update for anyone interested.

My thanks to the Good Sams Care Team in helping me with this. I received MOST of my order today.
It is missing one item that I declined to wait on. Also I am still waiting
for my credit on the missing item.

The BBB in Illinois where corporate is shows them with a B-, high for my experience with them.

OK here is the latest update. I have received 2 voice mails giving me information including a new order number. Also a call back number so I can return the call at my convenience and in the message I was told I would be getting a refund.

At this point
1. I have NOT received any refund.
2. When I try to check on my order on the CW website I can find no info with given order number.
3. The return phone number I was given just gives me a recorded message.

I am contesting the charge with my credit card company.

Thanks. We finally got through to someone and canceled our order.
At least I think it was cancelled. We received not confirmation and the order status is still in process.

I joined this forum after reading about the issues with CW shipping orders and lack of communication.We placed an order for some chairs.
and have had no communication from them at all. My card was charged the next morning after I ordered.
I've been on hold three separate times today, each time for over 30 minutes.
I clicked they're "Chat" button and got a message in my email that I'm placed in a Que. If I needed immediate assistance call...... this number was different than the 888 on the website. I still spent 20 minutes on that call before I gave up. I think the BBB and the Attorney General will be my next calls. I don't see way of canceling my order online either.

For anyone wanting to know how this is going I'll tell you.
We exchanged info on the forum which can be seen. I received a phone message about 10pm last night CLAIMING that the shipment was damaged in shipping.
Now if this order was in fact shipped why does it still say packing on the order status??? IF it was actually damaged in shipping what was the UPS shipping number???

I'm skeptical that is was ever shipped due to all the trouble people have been having with Camping World. It looks like to me its a delaying tactic.

I've tried to resolve this by phone and yesterday I gave up after being on hold about 20 mins.

To whoever follows up on this if you can't have the order on the way within 48 hours with a verifiable tracking number then please cancel my order. (which by the way I was billed for almost immediately) It look like the billing is still working efficiently if nothing else is.
