Can anyone tell me how to take those two little round white covers off? I presume there are screws under there that I need to take out so I can remove the whole plate from the ceiling. If you can see this image, my model does not have screws on the ends of the smaller vents. It is hard to see the round circles on this picture.

Use a small sharp knife and just slip under the cover and they will pop off. Be careful as they have little clips holding them in. When done just pop them back in. If you do break the clips just use some double sided tape to hold them in. Been there done that.

There's 2 black straight blade screw heads inset into the air intake side. turn them 90 degrees, and it should come down. Hinged on the other side.
