Opening available for park host position at Lake Whatcom Park located near Bellingham, Washington for Whatcom County Parks & Recreation still available!
Volunteer hosts assist Whatcom County Parks & Recreation staff with routine visitor services such as greeting guests,
answering questions, providing information, and completing minor park cleaning and maintenance in exchange for
complimentary camping.
The host or host couple will be required to provide their own RV/travel trailer. Whatcom County Parks and Recreation
will provide power, weekly sanitary pumping, and limited potable water.
Hosts will typically be on-duty 30-40 hours per week Wednesday through Sunday as well as holidays. Often, the host(s)
will be the only staff on-site.
Season: June 13, 2018 โ September 4, 2016 (12 weeks)
