99 Newmar DS wipers not working

Can anyone help me locate the windshield wiper fuse? I've checked the panels under the dash as well as under the hood, but cannot find a fuse for the windshield wipers.

I've done internet searches to no avail.

Any assistance is appreciated.

Doesn't that Newmar have an electrical access compartment on the drivers side the most forward "basement" door directly under the drivers side? I think most Newmars are built that way. Check under there.
