Will the Solar Boost 2000E controller work with a 250 watt, 24 volt panel. a question for a friend after somebody climbed up on his mh and proceeded to jump on his 2 12 Volt Kyocera panels completely destroying them, he has a chance to buy some 24 volt panels but can' t afford to buy a new controller too. Thanks.

if you are talking about the Blue Sky 2000e

yes it should, it will depend on the VOC 'open circuit voltage' of the panels
they will need to wired parallel not series

in series the total voltage will be too high, in parallel it should work

the max voltage for the blue sky 2000e is 30v
if the panels VOC is higher than that, he can not use those panels
I can explain it to you.
But I Can Not understand it for you !

No it will not work. Max Voc is 30v and your panel will be about 35 to 40.

2000E is made for 12v nominal panels.
