Using TV as Backup Camera Monitor

My unit uses the TV as a Monitor. Well the TV has failed. I have been trying to find a TV with a input for video using a RCA jack with out any luck.
The output for the B\W camera is analog I assume. Uses RG59 cable form rear to front.
Any ideas on the easiest way to adapt the output of my camera to these new TVs.
Thanks Bill

here is picture of the install
no image on the display because ignition KEY is off and the camera is NOT on
just want you to see how and where it mounts, very easy to use, no tilting head back neck pain

I can explain it to you.
But I Can Not understand it for you !

I went to FRYS electronics and bought a 7" flip down video screen
The type mounted in mini vans for kids to watch video
I mounted it under the cabinet, left of center , inline with the left windshield post.
Perfect position much easier to use, not so hard on the neck
I can explain it to you.
