I have heard? That turning on the gas quickly keys a limiter and the flame is lower. That seemed to happen with my Q.
I now turn on and increase the propane very slowly.
Seems to work?

I have the small Weber baby Q. The flame does not get blast furnace high, it is possible you are expecting too much?? Will it get up to temperature?

Disassemble as much as you can and look for dirt, bugs. Soak the orifice in alcohol and blow it out. Might convert it back to small bottle use and see if that works??

I have had it 20 years, gets used 2 to 3 times a week and have never had an issue or replaced a part. Best grill ever made.

Try turning off the gas to the grille and the propane tank(s). Wait 5 mins then turn on the propane tank(s) then turn on the grille.

The Torjik version is not available but you need something like this. You can not have two regulators and get required gas flow. Trailer already is regulated so you must remove BBQ regulator.
