looking at one for sale but the front of the trailer has delamination
on it, not from water but from the sun here in Az... the wood feels solid just the glue came away from the wood.
we are looking for a bigger trailer and light and this is 31ft and weighs in at 4755lbs with one slide.
not to worried about the resale value since we will probably keep this a long time. but my question is::: as long as the delam was not caused by water is there anything else i should be concerned about because of the delam?
is there anything else major that could go wrong with it other than just not looking to good, (structural etc)?
