Has anyone had any problems with the slides and awning not working from the panel but working with the remote?

I have a 2013 vcross 5th wheel and my slides work but the awning works just like you described. I don't have e a clue what is wrong with it.
2018 Chevy 3500 Duramax DRW, 4wd
