Bottom wiper seal on slide out for Shadow Cruiser 280QBS

The bottom seal for the slide out (sleeper couch area) on my 2013 Shadow Cruiser 280QBS is tearing. How is this replaced (i.e., where to access), and what is the part? Any modifications suggested?

When the slide is in the in position, can you access the seal from inside the coach.
